Each single 3528 SMD LED can reach 4-6lm, ensuring high brightness of the LED light tube. In 2000 hours, the light decay is about 7% which is much lower than that of DIP LEDs. In addition, the SMD LEDs can be mounted by machines to reduce labor cost, as well as ensure good soldering. Another advantage to use SMD LEDs is that, SMD LEDs can be mounted on aluminium PCB panel which help ensure good heat dissipation and extend the lifetime of LED tube.
2) Aluminum PCB is adopted to provide much better heat dissipation. This also ensures much better EMC data which is a major directive in CE regulation. Aluminium PCB is much better than traditional ABS PCB.
3) Instead of traditional PVC housing, the T8 SMD LED tube is manufactured with aluminum housing, which also gives better heat-dissipation and better EMC data. In addition, the aluminum housing provides slots for firmly fixing PCB and tube cover.

Safety and maintenance
1) The LED tube is designed for indoor use only. Not recommended for very wet environment. If used for outdoor usage, a waterproof bracket is needed.
2) The ultimate workable environment temperature ranges from - 40℃ to 55℃. But the ideal recommended ambient temperature is around 0-45°C.
3) Please make sure there is adequate air ventilation around the LED tube housing, so as to ensure the best heat dissipation and lifetime expectancy.
4) Although shockproof designed, please avoid any strong impact and hit on the LED light tube.
5) Please make sure that the daily working hour of the LED fluorescent tube is less than 12 hours.
     If the LED tubes have to work for 24 hours per day and 7 days per week, the warranty period will be half. Or you can contact Rayconn for more information.
6) Please make sure that the working voltage is in line with the stated working voltage of the LED tube. And please make sure that working frequency for the LED light tube is 50/60Hz.
7) Before installing the LED florescent tube into your old fixture, please remove or bypass the ballasts firstly.
